Al Maha Ceramics SAOG is a leading ceramics manufacturing company based in Oman. We are known for producing high-quality ceramic products for both domestic and international markets. As part of our commitment to maintaining strong financial controls, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance, we are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial operations of Al Maha Ceramics.
Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Reports to: CEO
Location: Suhar, Oman
About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial operations of Al Maha Ceramics. The CFO will play a critical role in driving the company's financial success, ensuring sound financial management, and supporting strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning and Analysis:
o Develop and oversee the company's annual budget and long-term financial plans. o Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support strategic decision-making. o Monitor key financial performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to management.
Financial Reporting and Compliance:
o Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with local and international accounting standards.
o Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
o Manage relationships with auditors and tax authorities.
o Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.

Financial Operations:
o Manage the company's treasury function, including cash flow management, banking relationships, and foreign exchange risk management.
o Oversee the company's accounting and finance team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
o Implement and maintain effective internal controls and financial processes.
• Strategic Planning and Business Development:
o Provide financial input and analysis for strategic planning and business development initiatives.
o Evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, and joint venture opportunities.
o Identify and implement cost-saving measures and operational efficiencies.

Investor Relations:
o Manage relationships with investors and analysts.
o Prepare presentations and reports for investors and the board of directors.


Qualifications and Experience

Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA) is highly desirable. Minimum [Number] years of experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in a manufacturing or related industry.
Proven track record of success in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and risk management. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software.
